This background has been unbundled from item SJU0096 - Easter Whimsy Prettier Plaque 5 piece set. Background stencils can be used alone or mixed and matched with all message and frame stencils in the line. All stencils work well with both royal icing and airbrushing. These stencils fit the most popular 3- to 4-inch plaque cutters. The instructions in the PDF below explain how Julia typically creates a fully layered look, but feel free to improvise.

Hopefully this will go back now that I have it out of the packaging but that we will see in the next day or so. It’s comfortable on your head.
