BD's roots, however, actually date back to 1972, when Valley Fuel Injection, Ltd. first opened its doors. Today, Valley Fuel Injection and BD Diesel Performance are one, with eight specialty divisions that focus on diesel power train components: Fuel Injection Calibration Department, Exhaust Brake Manufacturing, Electronic Circuit Design and Assembly, Transmission and Torque Converter Design and Remanufacturing, Turbocharger Design, Installation and Research and Development. Good fit, good construction.

This filter was a good fit for my Corolla. It appears to be well made. The gasket is resilient and looks like it would seal well, preventing any leakage past the filter. Construction was good, with no holes or gaps in the filter paper itself. Unfortunately, the buyer usually has no way to judge the performance of an air filter, and I'm no exception, so I can't say how effective it is in actually removing dirt from the air going into the engine. But I would buy this filter again.

No issues, fitment is perfect. Great quality for an excellent price. Dealer wanted like $24 for a basic one. Nah I'm good I'll just go on Amazon and get it for $8. Took 30 seconds from start to finish can't get any easier.

Fits well and installs easily.

This filter looked about the same as the OEM filter. It installed in about a minute. The quality appeared to be fine. It was protected in a cardboard box. It fit my 2014 Subaru Outback perfectly. I just installed it an hour ago so I don’t have any long term observations about longevity or effectiveness. I can’t see any reason why it would not work as well as the original, it seemed identical.

Not a complicated product, but after going to 2 different auto parts stores and this not being in stock, Amazon to the rescue. Arrived the next day and the quality is definitely on par with “store brand” ones from retailers. Definitely cheaper as well.
