This tune retains all Stage 1 features while taking full advantage of increased airflow, lower intake air temps, and faster heat recovery to safely maximize the performance of the stock turbocharger. Exhaust lovers will love the added overrun/crackle feature.

E85 Ready
Ethanol is like rocket fuel for your GTI! Stage 1 & 2 supports E60-E85 ethanol blends that produce the highest power output due to running cooler and have a higher knock resistance than 91/93 pump gas. EXHAUST OVERRUN
Stage 2 files add an aggressive exhaust ovverrun/crackle when you let off the throttle, downshift, or decel from higher RPM. This feature is also available when free-revving in neutral or park. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
Exhaust overrun is included with Stage 2 tuning.
REV FREE
A raised engine speed limiter of 6750 RPM gives you more power at higher RPMs. We've also removed the park limiter so you can free-rev your engine in park or neutral.
BRAKE BOOST
Brake Boost gives you a rolling launch. While giving throttle input, use your left foot on the brake to build boost while maintaining your desired speed. When ready, let off the brake for a surge of power and boosted take-off for the competitive edge in a roll racing scenario.
RESCALED POWER GAUGES
Get accurate readings with rescaled factory boost, power, and torque gauges that match your new performance output. We’ve also smoothed out the gauge animation for more precise and refined display readings.
AUTO START/STOP MEMORY

FAN LAUNCH STRATEGY
When launch control is engaged, iE’s Fan Launch Strategy keeps intake air temperatures low by kicking on the cooling fan to give you maximum power from the start.
AUTOPROTECT
Even with the best tuning, unreliable fuel and mechanical failures can still pose a risk to any engine. iE AutoProtect is your engines final defense. This innovative protection programming instantly lowers boost and power then triggers a unique CEL if a dangerous condition arises. Power will automaticially restore once conditions read safe. This advanced strategy will save your engine, even in situations where a stock calibration falls short.
THROTTLE RESPONSE
The torque request and throttle maps have been entirely reworked to deliver an ultra-responsive and connected driving experience. Enjoy a sporty throttle with smooth and dependable power delivery.
