About the Producer
This coffee is named after Domingo Torres, a former miner who, alongside his wife Saray, transformed their savings into El Roble farm in Norte de Santander, Colombia. With the same dedication and craft that won him recognition for Gesha coffees, Domingo now produces this Castillo lot—a clean, balanced cup that reflects passion, resilience, and craftsmanship.
