De BossCover 470K14 is een hoogwaardige bitumineuze dakbaan, ontworpen als toplaag in meerlaagse dakbedekkingssystemen. Deze dakbaan is vervaardigd uit APP-gemodificeerd bitumen en versterkt met een combinatie van polyester en glasvlies, wat zorgt voor uitstekende duurzaamheid en weerstand tegen weersinvloeden. De bovenzijde is afgewerkt met een fijne mineraallaag (zand), terwijl de onderzijde is voorzien van een extra coating en wegbrandfolie, wat een snelle en efficiënte verwerking mogelijk maakt.

Met een afmeting van 6 meter lang en 1 meter breed, een dikte van circa 3,7 mm en een gewicht van ongeveer 24,5 kg per rol, biedt de BossCover 470K14 een betrouwbare oplossing voor het waterdicht maken van platte en licht hellende daken. De installatie gebeurt door middel van branden, waarbij de dakbaan wordt bevestigd op een geschikte onderlaag. Bij de plaatsing dient rekening gehouden te worden met een overlap van 10 cm, wat betekent dat ongeveer 10% extra materiaal nodig is ten opzichte van het netto dakoppervlak.

Pros: Can be used with one hand. I bought this to have after surgery that left me without use of one arm for a few months. The light blinks when you need to charge it. Only needs a 2-3 min charge for enough juice to open a can. Cons: IT QUIT CUTTING CORRECTLY AFTER 4 MONTHS. I now have to use both hands to hold it in place to get it to latch on to the can. It also requires a few rotations around the top to cut through the seal, resulting in METAL SHARDS! The metal shards are super sharp and almost invisible. I stabbed myself with one enough to draw blood. This is dangerous as the metal could fall into the food when pouring from the can.
