Vinificatie

Aan de basis van deze indrukwekkende cuvée vinden we met zorg geselecteerde verdejodruiven, afkomstig van oude wijnstokken die staan aangeplant op een arme voedingsbodem. De stokken wortelen daardoor extra diep en bereiken zo interessante voedingstoffen, wat bijdraagt aan een grote smaakcomplexiteit. De druiven krijgen een koude schilweking, gevolgd door een koele en langzame vergisting. De wijn rijpt vervolgens nog drie maanden op de fijne gistsporen - sur lie.

Proefnotitie

Stralend strogeel met een groene hint. Een explosief en complex bouquet met rijpe nectarine, peer, witte perzik en minerale tonen. In de mond is de wijn gul van smaak en lekker sappig. Dankzij de frisse en schone afdronk verlang je direct naar de volgende slok.

Wijn-spijs advies

Een goede begeleider van tapas, kleine (gekruide) visgerechten en schotels als paella. Ook heerlijk bij gevogelte en rijke salades.
