The Squeaker gave out the first week

The Squeaker worked at first, but it's not attached to anything on the inside, so it floats freely and is hard to locate and squeeze, without it slipping out of my grasp. The Squeaker should be easily accessible, firmly attached to something on the inside, and should be more durable.
