To keep ingredients fresh and within safe temperature ranges, the Migali C-RWT67-HC Competitor Series worktop refrigerator features a digital controller for accurate adjustments between 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, while forced air cooling ensures even distribution. Additional shelves and casters help streamline back-of-house operations.
