Deployment options
The all-in-one video bar is available as an upgrade to existing setups or it can be deployed in a BYOD setup in which users connect MeetUp 2 to their laptops to run calls. For new, dedicated Google Meet Hardware setups, it’s available as a complete bundle: the Logitech Huddle Room Solution with MeetUp 2 for Google Meet.
For complete flexibility, MeetUp 2 can be easily installed above or below a display or on a table using the included multi-mount. It also features a manual privacy shutter for added peace of mind and integrated cable management to keep things tidy.
Built-in intelligence
MeetUp 2 helps you to be seen and to be heard more clearly. Logitech’s built-in audio processing (RightSound 2) reduces reverberations and other distracting sounds, making it easier for people on the other end of the call to hear your voice clearly – and little else. The integrated array of beamforming microphones can pick up voices at a range of 23 feet (7 meters).
With multiple framing options in RightSight 2, you can also look your best. You get a choice between Group View, Grid View and Speaker View which offer different ways of showing meeting room participants. Meanwhile, Camera Zone will let you exclude areas from being in frame, such as a hallway outside of the meeting room.
Single-cable BYOD
The Active USB Cable is an optional accessory for MeetUp 2 that enables a simple BYOD setup with only one cable for users to connect and disconnect for their meetings. The 5-metre cable leverages DisplayPort Alt Mode to eliminate the need for additional drivers when connecting laptops to the MeetUp 2.
Without the Active USB Cable, you can deploy the MeetUp 2 for BYOD setups using a combination of an HDMI cable and a USB cable.
