Un colore giocato tra il paglierino intenso e il dorato, brillante e vivo. Al naso lo spettro olfattivo spazia da sensazioni agrumate per arrivare a sentori di frutta tropicale e ricordi floreali; l'assaggio evidenzia un profilo sapido e fresco di tutto riguardo, con un corpo e una persistenza finale davvero notevoli.L'unione di garganega e trebbiano di Soave, varietà tipica della zona classica della denominazione, permette di ottenere un vino dotato di sostanza e profondità. La vinificazione avviene in maniera tradizionale, con affinamento in acciaio inox a temperatura controllata. Il vino, per non essere spogliato delle sue peculiarità, subisce un solo travaso e una sola filtrazione prima di essere messo in bottiglia. Il Soave Classico DOC "Ca' Visco" di Coffele si distingue per profumi intriganti e un corpo davvero interessante.
Un bicchiere che richiama il mare e che si sposa bene con frutti di mare e cruditè di pesce. Interessante anche con carni bianche come il coniglio.

So far so good!

It’s only been about a week since I applied it, seems sturdy enough, and the adhesive was sticky enough that it seems secure. I use very hot water to wash dishes due to illnesses and it’s held up well to the heat of the kitchen thus far using just adhesive. Good buy!
