The 034Motorsport Assembled High Pressure Fuel Pump & Vacuum Pump Upgrade Kit for Volkswagen and Audi EA888 Gen 3 engines provides everything you need to get your car up to speed with higher fuelling capacity for ethanol, pump gas, and turbo upgrades!

Audi MLB 2.0T B9 A4/A5/Q5 and Volkswagen Golf/Alltrack/Sportwagen 1.8T vehicles from the factory feature an inadequately performing High-Pressure Fuel Pump that does not support the demands of tunes that require more fuel flow. Additionally, standard replacement upgraded High-Pressure Fuel Pumps, such as our MQB upgrade, do not directly fit on the factory vacuum pump for these vehicles.

Our kit directly solves this deficiency by including an OEM 2.0T MQB Vacuum Pump Kit. This kit can be retrofitted, enabling MQB 2.0T fuelling upgrades on Audi 2.0T MLB and Volkswagen 1.8T MQB vehicles. To further provide additional fuelling performance, our kit includes the 034Motorsport Assembled High-Pressure Fuel Pump Upgrade, unlocking a 68.6% over the factory 1.8T/2.0T MLB high pressure pump, providing a substantial increase in overall fuelling headroom.

Audi B9 2.0T MLB and VW MQB 1.8T vehicles will be able to take advantage of the increased fuelling headroom with our E85 software!

Audi MLB 2.0T B9 A4/A5/Q5 and Volkswagen Golf/Alltrack/Sportwagen 1.8T vehicles come with a weak-performing, sealed HPFP unit from the factory and a vacuum pump that can't accept High-Pressure Fuel Pump upgrades from their higher-performing MQB 2.0T siblings. We solve these deficiencies with the introduction of our Assembled High-Pressure Fuel Pump Upgrade & Vacuum Pump Kit!

OEM Vacuum Pump Retrofit

  • Audi MLB 2.0T B9 A4/A5/Q5 and Volkswagen Golf/Alltrack/Sportwagen 1.8T vehicles come with their own vacuum pump that does not allow for more common MQB 2.0T fuelling options to be used. Luckily, the OEM MQB 2.0T vacuum pump can easily be retrofitted to these vehicles and allows for fuel pump upgrades like the 034Motorsport Assembled High Pressure Fuel Pump upgrade to be used. This ability opens the floodgates for large fuelling system upgrades that meet the demands of ethanol race fuel, pump gas, and upgraded turbocharger applications.

  • Audi MLB 2.0T B9 A4/A5/Q5 and Volkswagen Golf/Alltrack/Sportwagen 1.8T vehicles come with a weak-performing, sealed HPFP unit from the factory and often do provide enough headroom for tuners to push more power, namely with the addition of ethanol tuning. With the OEM Vacuum Pump retrofit, you can directly swap MQB 2.0T fuelling components like our 034Motorsport Assembled High-Pressure Fuel Pump Upgrade and receive all the benefits of increased fuelling capacity.
  • Our Assembled High Pressure Fuel Pump & Vacuum Pump Upgrade Kit is designed and engineered to increase fuelling capacity for Audi 2.0T MLB and Volkswagen 1.8T MQB EA888 Gen 3 engines, delivering up to 68.6% more flow compared to stock 1.8T/2.0T MLB fuel pumps. This pump features the largest piston diameter on the market. It supports E85, optimized tunes, and turbo upgrades.

Make sure you read the terms and conditions and don't let them off the hook
Asurion is counting on the fact that you don't know how to read. They made the claim process aggravating and as difficult as possible. I CAN read and had to review the terms and conditions with them on the phone and threaten to involve an attorney before they would honor the coverage. They tried to say my product was not portable, when the word "portable" is literally in the name of the product. Then they tried to say the the accidental drop was not covered, but it clearly states in the terms and conditions that an accidental drop and a cracked screen is a covered event. I buy the coverage almost every time I am offered it, but I will be rethinking that going forward and Amazon should consider finding a different company to issue the protection plans for their products because I fear this is the beginning of a lot of complaints. I have filed a claim in the past and it was very straightforward and easy, but they must have a new company managing the plans now, because it was anything but easy. If I was an older person who was not tech savy, or who just took someone's word at face value, I would be out the cost of my item and the protection plan. BUYER BEWARE

They honor their product.
I've been dealing with Asurion for over a decade now. They're my first choice when making a purchase that I know I'm going to have around for a while. Asurion backs its product to the hilt. I purchased a mid-range priced printer about 2 1/2 yrs. ago along with a 3yr. warranty from Asurion to cover any unexpected 'surprises' that might happen to pop up. Fast forward to approximately 3 months ago, when my printer decided that it wanted to start acting up. The print quality was taking a nose dive; colors were beginning to drop out, showing streaks and fading. Clarity and sharpness are virtually gone. I contacted Asurion about the problem. I couldn't have found a nicer rep to deal with. She said not to worry and within minutes had the situation under control. She sent me all the information and pre-paid postage on how to pack and have my unit shipped to their repair facilities. In less than a week my unit was repaired and returned to me. However, this is not the end of the story. Within a few days, my unit was acting up again and doing the same thing it went in for. Again, I got hold of Asurion (Same great service, different girl). We repeated the same process as before, but this time the unit was there about a week longer. When I finally received the unit, I immediately hooked it up and put it through the numbers, testing everything. To be blunt, the print quality was worse than the 1st time it went in for service. After voicing my displeasure (basically having a hissy-fit), I regained my composure and contacted Asurion, again! This time they told me that since their techs were unable to resolve the issue and to not have me waiting any longer than I have already, they're going ahead and refunding the total amount I paid for the unit. Even though it was somewhat of a Pain-in-the-ASS to go through, I couldn't be happier. Within 48 hrs. I had my refund in hand and I turned around and purchased a replacement Printer. Moral to the story, have a contingency plan, Just in case. Check out Asurion: Great customer service - Nice people, very competitive pricing for their products and they honor their word by their actions. Highly recommend Asurion to anyone.
