Al palato è di buon corpo, equilibrato, con un gusto piacevolmente sapido. Chiude con un finale leggermente amaro.Il Friuli Venezia Giulia rappresenta il territorio deccellenza per il Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso: Fantinel lo sa bene, come dimostra con questo Friuli DOC Borgo Tesis, concentrato di eleganza, struttura e personalità, caratterizzato da un retrogusto amarognolo molto piacevole. Le uve vinificano in acciaio, dove maturano per qualche mese per poi essere imbottigliate. Unetichetta fortemente identitaria, capace di raccontare tutta la grazia di un vitigno autoctono davvero sublime. Da non perdere.
Ottimo con la cucina di terra, è da bere a tutto pasto. Perfetto con secondi piatti di carne bianca e rossa, è assolutamente da provare con il gallo in umido.

Love these bowls

Good, but not long lasting.

These are good bowls, nicely-sized for salads & bulkier meals. That last reasonably well for soups and other liquid-based meals, but I would not push it too far. I would not use them for something liquid that might sit for very long, such as something intendeo to be eaten while conversing.
