Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street and light off-road use. The one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. Its auxiliary air inlet can be used to bring in additional air from the engine compartment or can be closed with an included plug. This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Gentle Gentle Magnesium That Helped My Night Routine

I bought the Thorne Magnesium Glycinate Capsules (90 servings) for $25 because I wanted a magnesium supplement that could support relaxation and better sleep as part of my nightly routine.
I’ve been taking it for about a month and noticed I feel more relaxed in the evenings and wind down easier before bed. I also tend to get tension and poor sleep when I’m run down, so having magnesium in my routine has been helpful for overall balance.
