Memories of the Alhambra is a vivid recollection of Malti B. Lee’s time living in Sevilla, Spain — a love letter to the textures, colors, and stories of Andalucía. During weekend wanderings through the region, she found herself captivated by the Alhambra: its lattice of arches, its geometry carved in time, and the way sunlight transformed its stone into living color.

In this piece, Malti layers deep indigos and sunlit golds to mirror that duality — the mystery of shadow meeting the brilliance of light. Blue and yellow pansies bloom across the foreground, bridging the natural and architectural, the ephemeral and eternal. The work carries the quiet reverence of travel and remembrance — of standing before something ancient and feeling both humbled and at home.

Each fine-art giclée print captures the richness of Malti’s original brushwork and the intricate line etchings of the Alhambra’s arches. Printed to museum-grade standards on archival 100% cotton paper, every piece is hand-signed and designed to endure, much like the monument that inspired it.

Awesome and Invaluable Reference
Format: Paperback
I purchased the 2nd Edition Reprint in 2023. As a former US Army Special Operations Critical Care Flight Medic (160th SOAR Nightstalker) and current Remote Critical Care Flight Paramedic, I can honestly say this handbook is leaps and bounds above some of the other handbooks I've owned. I never leave home and go to work witout it.
