With nine total shelves and 72 cubic feet of interior space, the Migali C-3RB-HC three-section refrigerator has plenty of room for storing contents. Inside the cabinet, lights help employees find what they're looking for, and when several products need to be loaded at once, the three doors stay open 90 degrees without slamming shut on the operator. These doors can also be locked at the end of the night, eliminating the worry that something will be stolen.
Featuring a rear-located air plenum, the Migali C-3RB-HC reach-in refrigerator provides even temperatures throughout the cabinet. It has a self-contained refrigeration system that is operated with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Controlled and monitored digitally, this unit maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Because it is mounted on casters, it is mobile for use anywhere in the kitchen, and its stainless steel construction can withstand the high-volume use of a commercial kitchen.
