"Cognac Park is a small, young house born out of a chance meeting between Scotsman Dominic Park and the Master Distiller of Tessendier, which has been producing Cognac since 1880. The results are exceedingly rare, as blended Cognacs (mixed with grapes from a variety of vineyards) are much more common than single vineyard varieties. The bottle opens with a bouquet of floral and sweet creamy vanilla, with those flavors blossoming across the palate along with notes of plum pudding.
