The Fleece Cold Weather Add-On Kit is designed for use with the Fleece Performance intake and grid heater system on 6.7L Cummins applications, providing proven cold-start capability down to -35°C (-31°F) when properly configured. The heater is strategically placed within the intake air stream to deliver efficient, direct air heating, helping ensure reliable starts in extreme cold conditions without unnecessary system strain.

Compared to traditional grid heater setups, this system is engineered to achieve strong cold-weather start performance while operating at lower wattage and placing less load on the grid heater relay. The kit includes a 700W intake air heater, high-flex heater wiring, and all required installation hardware, making it a complete add-on solution for improved cold-weather drivability and reliability.
