Nose - Rich red apple and vanilla pod aromas lead to hints of dried banana. Pineapple and coconut are balanced by hints of bonfire embers.
Palate - Smooth flavours of poached pear and honey give way to undertones of cured meat. Notes of demerara sugar develop alongside rich pineapple and coconut.
Finish - A medium finish with subtle spice and lingering sweet smoke.
