Welcome Tweel, the newest base to the Jadawoo Designs lineup! Tweel is a Superwash Donegal and wonderfully soft blend of 85% superwash fine merino (21 mic) and 15% Donegal viscose. This blend is spun with fine merino, combined with plant-based neps in neutral black, brown and cream tones. The neps do not take on the dye through the dyeing process, allowing me to create a beautiful, natural-looking tweed effect. Made with 85% superwash merino and 15% Donegal viscose, it is a luxuriously soft yarn that is also easy care, thanks to its superwash composition. The merino fibres have been specially treated before being spun to enable you to machine wash the yarn / knitted projects without them felting.The merino used in this yarn is from South America where mulesing is not practiced.
