This tilt mechanism is used in Bali and Graber's 1" mini blinds that have a cordless operation. 

It fits into a headrail that measures 1 1/2" high by 2 1/8" deep. It accommodates a 1/4" tilt rod with a single rounded notch cut out of it. 

This set includes one white plastic tilt mechanism, one clear plastic stem, one clear plastic wand cap/sleeve, and one metal hook.

To replace, first seat the white piece inside the headrail. Then, snap the stem into it from the outside of the headrail. Once the stem is firmly inserted, it is not removable.

I've been using this foaming facial cleanser for a few months and overall, I've had a good experience with it so far. I usually use it at night, and I start by removing my makeup with micellar water, then use this cleanser in the shower, followed by moisturizer. One thing I will say is that even though my skin tends to lean oily, this cleanser does leave a bit of a tight, slightly dry feeling on my skin after washing. I wouldn't really describe it as super moisturizing, but it's not a dealbreaker for me since I always follow up with moisturizer and it fixes that feeling right away. It also hasn't caused any irritation or breakouts for me, which is a big plus since I do have sensitive skin. It definitely feels non-greasy and very lightweight. The texture comes out as a gel, but it foams up really easily once you start using it. I also don't notice much fragrance in it, which makes it a good option for sensitive skin overall. Overall, I'd say it's a good product to try out. Just be aware that it can feel a little drying afterward!
