This is a wonderful wheeze! Johnny is neuro-typical, while the story teller is autistic. We see Johnny from his point of view, and to him, Johnny is a cause of bafflement... However, our narrator says his mum explains that everyone is different, and just because Johnny is different doesn't mean they can't be good friends. Which they are... The funny and clever thing about this approach is that the narrator seems to feel slightly superior to Johnny, and it is interesting and possibly unique in a picture book to show how autistic people look at those of us who don't share their outlook. A brilliant and highly original book with lovely warm illustrations.

Review for: Cooling Gel Wrist Rest Pad -Full Size 18"- Memory Foam Palm Rest with Non-Slip Footpad - Ergonomic Design Wrist Support - Desk Keyboard Accessory Gaming Gear (Large-Full Size). I've had this for a week and I'm impressed! There is no skimping on quality, which is rare nowadays. It is made extremely well, solid yet soft. I love the feel of the outer cover. It's comfortable and stays in place. And let me add... I'm putting it to the test. I have a rolling over-bed/couch desk. It has a raised 1/4" lip around the top. I put this wrist-rest on top of that lip. So far there's not any wear across the bottom of this wrist-rest. And that's with me using it for my wrists... and my elbows. It far surpasses the last rest I bought. From my experience, many sellers slap the phrase "memory foam" on their products when they are not. That's NOT the case here. This rest immediately bounces back to its original shape. It's true memory foam! It's so comfortable that I forget it's there yet I enjoy the comfort immensely. Also, it has no smell. ***From my experience so far... I highly recommend this product!

Comfortable and functional, but beware of cardboard/mdf insert

I’ve been using this wrist rest for a bit now, and for the most part, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It provides a comfortable amount of support for my wrists during long typing sessions, and the cooling gel aspect is definitely a nice touch that adds to the overall comfort.
That said, there are a couple of drawbacks to keep in mind. The surface seems to attract dirt and grime pretty quickly, so you’ll need to wipe it down often to keep it looking clean. More importantly, the build quality of the base is disappointing. I believe its a cardboard inserted into the bottom, which snapped very easily when I was just barely bending it while cleaning it. It’s a shame because the rest of the product is great, but I really wish they had used a more rigid, durable material for the bottom instead of whatever this cardboard/mdf is. This is why I’m giving it 4 stars.
