Background

Cereblon (CRBN) is the substrate recognition component of DCX (DDB1-CUL4-X-box) E3 Ubiquitin ligase complexes that mediate the ubiquitination of numerous target proteins including the transcriptional regulator MEIS2. CRBN plays an important role in limb outgrowth, and its function in this process is perturbed by the binding of thalidomide and related compounds. Binding of CRBN to Cullin-4 is mediated in part by DNA damage-binding protein 1 (DDB1), a component of multiple DCX class ligases. In addition to its role in limb development, DDB1 is also involved in various DNA damage response mechanisms. This product consists of an untagged complex of DDB1 and CRBN.

My Fine hair is long to the middle of my back, and gray or salt n pepper. I am not young anymore by a long shot, and Cremo has given my hair something it needed for years. I also find I do not have to wash my hair as often as I did before. I can go 4 days, when before it was 3 maximum. My hair has more moisture, is so much healthier, no greasiness at all. I wash once and leave it on for the time it takes to wash up the rest of me and rinse well. Follow up with Viori Conditioner just for the detangling. I think I don't really need the Viori as the backup but still use it. OK the Scent is fine and not too strong, but it does last til I wash my hair again. Cremo don't change a thing. I am thrilled with this brand of Shampoo/Conditioner. Oh Yeah.
