The amplifier features a 1/4" instrument input, an 1/8" stereo MP3/line input for playing backing tracks while practicing, and an 1/8" emulated speaker output for recording, running direct to a PA, or listening through headphones for silent practicing.

- Emulated Line Out: The Blackstar emulated output is useful for pro direct recording and makes it easy to get your tone to disk and tape. You can also use it to run a line out to a PA or for silent practicing through headphones
