ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. Great for recovery

Really helps with post work out recovery. I feel noticeably less sore when I take this after a workout. Definitely prefer the lemon flavor over the berry.
