ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. Fantastic Short Reminders

A fantastic book to leave in those random places in your house, like the coffee table, bathroom, or book shelf. Open this book to any page and receive the message your heart needed to hear. This is such a nice compliment to the author's other works. Insightful messages that leave you considering new things. I often use this to set intentions in yoga practices with my students.
