Air Stream Technology ensures the coolest, quietest air compressor in the industry. It includes an air compressor silencer designed to suppress operating noise level and offers super-quiet low RPMs with a solid cast iron construction for extended life. The compact Whisper 100 is located conveniently on the back of the tank and affordably dissipates compressor intake noise by channeling the intake air through a series of baffle plates and pre-filter media, which traps and dissipates intake noise. This bundle is equipped with a dryer specifically designed for this model and is the only energy efficient dryer system with an aluminum refrigerated air inner cooler. It filters all solid particles 0.01 microns and larger, so only clean, dry compressed air leaves the dryer, which minimizes maintenance and repair, as well as reducing internal dryer contamination. It features a stainless steel heat exchanger for maximum life, as well as adjustable hot bypass to prevent the dryer from freezing up in low and high CFM flow. This cream is truly gentle and healing for a compromised skin barrier. I prefer this cream in the winter, when the weather is dry, and after procedures like microneedling or laser. It has never irritated my skin, and does soothe and heal. The La Roche Posay cicalfate cream is also excellent, I think it is slightly less rich, so I prefer that in humidity or the summer.

Overpriced but it works.

I hate that I love this product. It's stupid expensive. But it's great for broken/damaged/recovering skin. I've used it post microneedling and it is the only thing that soothes, hydrates, and doesn't sting raw, red skin. Great for rashes/hives and allergic reactions too. Luckily a thin layer is often enough to do the trick. so it lasts a long time I wouldn't use for everyday moisture, but when your skin is angry, this stuff works. (Overpriced? Yes. Witchcraft? Maybe. Does it work? Yep.)
