With the McSunley 21.5Qt Water Bath Canner - you can provide a lifetime of healthy meals as well as enjoy a time tested family experience. Stainless steel cookware has been used for generations all around the world due to its resistance to corrosion, scratching and denting. This canner has an encapsulated flat bottom base, stay cool riveted handles and a shatter resistant glass lid. The heavy duty lift jar rack is included and will hold seven 1-quart, nine 1-pint or twelve half-pint jars. The tempered glass lid allows visibility of products being cooked. The easy jar lift rack is designed to sit on the side of the pot so the jars can be loaded easily and then lowered into the canner: it keeps jars off bottom for full water circulation and is used to remove the jars from the canner. 10 year warranty - consumer satisfaction guaranteed.
