- Heavy-duty stainless steel welded construction for commercial use.
- Includes a stainless crumb/grease tray with stainless wood platform.
- Accommodates wood chips, blocks, or logs for added smoke flavor.
- Designed for use on VACBxx-xxx gas charbroilers produced from February 2013 to the present.
- Can be placed on top of an equipment stand or refrigerated base without affecting base performance.
- Primary cooking heat remains the charbroiler's gas burner/radiant system; wood is used to create smoke flavor.
