Psyllium Husks are one of the most gentle and effective sources of soluble fibre found in nature. A natural, mucilaginous, bulk-forming agent which absorbs water to help with gentle and free bowel evacuation.

Bonvit Psyllium Husks may assist regularity, help to promote a healthy digestive system and may assist in the maintenance of healthy cholesterol levels in healthy individuals.

Psyllium husks are Gluten Free, a natural source of soluble fibre and are suitable for low carb diets.

Psyllium Husk
Adults: Take 5g (approximately two 5mL metric spoonfuls) once or twice a day mixed with a full glass (150mL) of cool water or fruit juice. Stir briskly and drink immediately. An additional glass of water is helpful. If not swallowed immediately, a gel will form which you can eat or mix with yoghurt, fruit or breakfast food.

Children 8-12 years: Give 2.5g (one 5mL metric teaspoonful) daily mixed as above.

This filter is very comparable to the stock filter. Fits the BMW G20 just like OEM. I would not say it is two times "heavier" as advertised on the box, but it is very comparable to stock.
