Porcine AGRN (Agrin) ELISA KitThe Porcine AGRN (Agrin) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre coated with an antibody specific to Porcine AGRN. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Porcine AGRN and Avidin Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well

The Porcine AGRN (Agrin) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Porcine AGRN. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Porcine AGRN and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Porcine AGRN, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Porcine AGRN. You can calculate the concentration of Porcine AGRN in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

I live in the subtropics; breathable fabrics are important in your wardrobe. I realize synthetics have benefits, but for me natural fabrics are my preference. Linen and Cotton blend; yes please. I was looking for smart casual, something more than a t-shirt or golf-shirt but less than button-down. Something that would pair well with a nice pair of shorts and look good. And that it does. Sizing is your question. I ordered a large because I often have difficulty fitting at the shoulder; the size chart indicates a medium would probably be better but I am OK with a little baggy casual too. In a brick-and-mortar store, I would normally try both sizes on and select the best fit. The arms and shoulder fit fine, the torso is a bit large. If I wear it to the beach unbuttoned, it looks great.

I like that this shirt is lightweight and airy - great for warm and humid Florida weather. However, the sizing is off a bit. I received a large, but it fits more like a medium. It’s tight around the shoulders and chest. Still, it’s a nice shirt, but you may want to order a size up.
