We salvaged more than 2 tonnes of quality Western Australian strawberries that would have otherwise gone to waste due to their unconventional appearance. Fortunately, these juicy berries perfectly complement our classic Berliner Weisse base. We’ve also upped the dosage of lime and mint in this batch, yielding at least 11% more refreshment from one of our favourite Summer sours.

The resulting beer is softly acidic and amalgamates the three main ingredients beautifully to create a  beer that is testament to its style and super refreshing during these hot summer days
