LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:  We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING: USPS estimates express shipping between 4-7 business days. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: During November through December, USPS has higher than normal order volume. Customers may experience extended shipping times. Once shipped, USPS estimates delayed delivery between 10-30 days. 

FOR GUAM RESIDENTS - We do not ship to local locations, or allow local pick up at this time.

The buyer is responsible for any import fees charged by customs. 

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same packaging with the tag attached. 

All returns are subject to a 10% fee in order to cover PayPal processing and return fees. The buyer is also responsible for any return shipping fees.

Exchanges are accepted. Please contact us at [email protected] 
so that we can help you find the correct exchange. You will need to send the jewelry you wish to exchange back to us at Vince Jewelers 618 E Marine Corps Drive Hagatna, Guam 96910 with USPS. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. When the items are received, we will notify you. If there is a price difference, we will send you a link to complete payment for the price difference plus $10 for return shipping. If there is no price difference, we will send you a link to pay a $10 shipping fee for the return of your exchange. Finally, we will prepare the exchanged jewelry for shipment and email you a shipment notification.

I am on my feet for a large portion of the day as a school principal and these feel amazing all day. They’re very adjustable so if you have feet that swell (or just fatter feet like me) these should be able to accommodate you. They are clunky but really cute! They’re also easy to clean. I’ve worn mine just about every day since I received them and can easily wipe them down with a wet paper towel to make them look new. They will occasionally trip you up if you’re not careful, the same way Ugg boots can do, but that hasn’t been a big problem for me. They’re very lightweight and versatile. Love them! Update: I probably just wore these too hard because today I was walking the school hallway and the shoe just snapped. One of the sides was completely unattached and within 30 minutes they were only on my foot by one strap. Super disappointed!! But I loved them enough that I ordered another pair to get me through until boot weather.

Maybe I would have been better going down a size because I want to have my feet feel super snug and secure in sandals, especially if I’m dancing.
