The stripes are precut and meticulously designed to the shape of the hood lines. These fit on the flat portion of the outer edge of the hood. The edge of the vinyl lines up just shy of the edge of the hood so there is no wrapping around or trimming necessary.

✔ Set of 2 - left side & right side
✔ Precut - no trimming required 
✔ Premasked - ready to install
✔ Dry Application - Installation instructions provided

Application: 

  1.  The stripes are sandwiched between a transfer tape and backing paper.
  2.  After doing a dry fit to determine placement, flip the decal color side down and carefully remove the backing paper.
  3.  Align one end of the decal and tap it to tack it into place.
  4.  Maneuver the decal to align the rest. 
  5.  Once you are sure of its position, squeegee it flat.

For example, any discussion of Jackie Fisher I have read previously seemed to border on the hagiographic, whereas here he seems to get a very evenhanded appraisal. A great book, highly recommended.
