Even today, in the early 3rd millennium, it still exerts immeasurable influence on our world: the Imperium Romanum.A unique aura surrounds ‘statuario’ marble from Carrara. In the world of luxury, statuario stands for elegance and prestige to meet the most demanding standards. It forms an impressive sight in the entrance hall of the Faber-Castell castle, for example. For the ‘Imperium Romanum’ Pen of the Year 2018 we have chosen a special variety of statuario. Each individual pen is produced by hand with masterly skill in the Stephan jewel studios. Inserted between the marble segments of the barrel are platinum-plated rings decorated with laurel wreaths, symbolizing fame and success, and lending the pen its inimitable elegance. A further unusual detail in this edition is the elaborately worked cap with an engraving of the famous Colosseum and a miniature Roman penny (denarius) as the crowning glory. The denarius in the cap of this edition is modelled on a very rare silver coin from the year 44 BC depicting Caesar’s head. We found the original at Ritter in Düsseldorf, a prestigious dealer and certified coin expert. The fountain pen comes with an 18-carat, bicolour gold nib that is inscribed by hand.

Works great, might have to use distilled water if you have hard water
So far it's great!
It uses a LOT of water on the first clean (and maybe also because of using the 'Freo' ai mode) you can use tap water, but in areas with hard water, you might need to go through a lot of distilled water.
I think on future cleaning jobs it's supposed to use less water though. And you can adjust the cleaning level to a lower setting so that it doesn't use as much.
The app takes a little while to get used to, because there are many options and menus. But still very nice to have and use.
The vacuum has a dust bin with a very basic filter (needs replaced every 30 days if used), but if you want more of 'Hepa' clean air, you would have to use another type of vacuum before mopping.
It also doesn't get close to the edges of some areas for some reason, even thought it could fit.
Still, for what it is, it's a great product that will cut down on a lot of mopping time.

Worth every penny. Highly recommend!
To say I love my Narwal robotic mop and vacuum is an understatement—total game changer. I can’t imagine going back to any other robotic vacuum.
I have two dogs, including a Jack Russell who sheds like Pig-Pen from Peanuts—basically a walking cloud of hair—and this thing handles it effortlessly.
The vacuum + mopping combo is amazing, and it’s so easy to use and maintain. It truly does all the dirty work for me.
I did have a small hiccup about two months in, but Narwal support helped me reset it quickly and it’s been perfect ever since (I definitely panicked for a minute 😅).
Worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Unreliable. Doesn't work.
Has been every unreliable. Misses lots of spots with horrible mapping. Doesn't go some places for some reason. We moved the furniture, tried remapping but nothing works. Randomly goes in circles in the same spot at times. Updated firmware, spoke to support etc. When using vacuum and Mop option, it skips carpets and doesn't go back to do them afterwards. The whole programming is unreliable. Don't BUY. Can't return it past the warranty/return period.

LOVE ❤️
I’ve only had this for a few days but I am in LOVE with it and maybe a little obsessed.
Even my husband commented on how clean our floors were after the first use. The mapping feature works very well; better than my previous robo vac. I love that it takes the everyday maintenance out of the equation by cleaning/drying the mop heads itself.
I wish the instruction manual had more info in it, as well as what some of the features on the app entail, but I’m sure google can provide that info.

If it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi do a hard reboot and start download again.
I have had this for 2 days. I could not connect this to my WiFi. I wanted to do a hard reboot but the small pamphlet doesn't explain how, the pamphlet is basically useless. I looked on line and performed it then set it back up. It now works really well as a vacuum. I haven't tried the floor washing yet but the vacuum portion is really very good cleans better than my other older two well known vacuums combined. The other two older robot vacuums I never needed to program to have them vacuum but this one you need too. It won't work without it. It wasn't had to program either.
