At the race circuit, high level of friction can be achieved along with high stability for an extended amount of time with the heat treatment. _x000D_ The 6 slots brake disc is adopted as standard in the HS type by considering various factors, such as pad wear,squeal and the removal effect of gas at the fading Compatible Vehicles:. | Remarks | (260x16mm DISC) (Solid) _x000D_ The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ 12 slots version (HST type) is available as a special order. The surcharge of 12 slots is JPY6,000 (w / o tax). _x000D_ our processing of the rotor is, we have shipped in the above package. Were shipped in the package other than the above-mentioned "secondary processed products (slit, heat treatment, dimples, etc.)" will be our warranty. _x000D_ rotor is an image. Answers Many Questions about Naval Developments
Format: Hardcover
The history offers a detailed and well organized account of the Royal Navy as it transitioned from sail to steam. Coverage included personalities, technology, tactics and strategy. The combination provided a complete appreciation of the dynamics at play, some unexpectedly. The details might be a bit much for a casual reader but offered plenty of avenues for research not available or compiled in one source. I look forward to the final volume, which should describe another watershed era.

Great Book with a different perspective
Format: Hardcover
This will be a short review of a very long book. I ordered the book expecting more of a history of the British Navy, but this is more of a history of Britain with respect to its navy. It is still excellent and authoritative, just different than I expected. I really appreciate a somewhat different perspective than I have found in some other books. For example, any discussion of Jackie Fisher I have read previously seemed to border on the hagiographic, whereas here he seems to get a very evenhanded appraisal. A great book, highly recommended.
