Constructed with durable stainless steel on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, this range is built to last. It features two heavy duty lift off cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU hr each and 12 x 12 cast iron top grates. The EFI RCTRS-2B-24G-P 36" gas range is engineered for high-performance kitchens. Constructed with durable stainless steel on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf, this range is built to last.
It features two heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU/hr each and 12” x 12” cast iron top grates. Some models come with a 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate and a grease trough for easy cleanup.
The oven dimensions are 26 1/2" x 26" x 14" with a 27,000 BTU/hr burner. It includes a 100% safety shut-off pilot, stainless steel oven burners, and multiple position oven rack guides. The oven is supplied with one chrome rack, with additional racks available.
You can choose between natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar). Optional casters and oven racks are available to enhance mobility and storage.
