Geeignet für Pferde mit einem geringen Platzangebot im Maul, z.B. bei blütigen oder älteren Pferden (durch Veränderung der Zahnstellung), bei Pferden mit größerer Zunge und besonders bei solchen, die empfindlich auf punktuellen Druck der Zunge reagieren.Das Pelham- ein Klassiker mit von Beris verfeinertem, eleganterem Design. Beim Annehmen des Zügels wirkt das Gebiss auf Maul, Unterkiefer und Genick. Je nach Hebellänge der Anzüge (5 cm bzw. 7,5 cm) ist eine unterschiedlich starke und unmittelbare Gebisswinkelung im Maul erreichbar. Möglicher Einsatz bei Pferden, die Schwierigkeiten haben, durch das Genick zu gehen, bei `heißen` Pferden oder auch bei Pferden, die deutliche Einwirkung in kritischen Situationen (Stechen o.ä.) benötigen.
