Das Kiritsuke ist ein Allzweckmesser mit einem diagonal abgeschnittenen Ende. Kiritsuke-Messer gehören zu den wenigen vielseitigen traditionellen japanischen Klingen und können als Schneidemesser oder Gemüsemesser verwendet werden. Diese schwertförmigen Messer zeichnen sich durch eine gerade und breite Klinge aus und haben eine längere Klinge als ein Usuba zum mühelosen Schneiden von Gemüse und Fisch. You aren’t able to make adjustments. When I first put them on I didn’t think I would like it but after wearing them every day for the past month I know I do. I would recommend these sandals & wonder if I should stock up in case they stop making this style??
