Das Neva-System besteht aus einem becherförmigen Kunststoffboden mit seitlich bedienbarem Austrags- und Dosierschieber und 4 Stahlrohren mit speziellen Kunststoffköpfen und -füßen zur Fixierung des Big Bag und zum Stapeln der Systeme.

Die lebensmittelzugelassene Neva-Palette ist die richtige Wahl für Sie, egal ob Sie mit Lebensmitteln, Pulvern oder Chemikalien arbeiten, wo Lebensmittelsicherheit und Hygiene höchste Priorität haben. Halten Sie Ihre Produktionsumgebung sauber mit der lebensmittelechten Neva-Lösung für Big Bags. Das Produkt besteht aus hochwertigem Kunststoff und Edelstahl und ist durch das Design des Unterdecks praktisch und leicht zu reinigen.

Die Indus Neva-Palette ist für die Lagerung von Big Bags mit Auslaufstutzen konzipiert. Die Neva-Palette wird üblicherweise für interne Prozesse und den LKW-Transport verwendet. Das Deck ist schalenförmig, um die Big Bags zu stabilisieren und zu platzieren. In der Mitte der Schüssel befindet sich eine integrierte Rutsche, sodass Sie Ihre Big Bags bequem mit einem Entladeschlauch entladen können.

Bei Nichtgebrauch sind Neva-Paletten stapelbar und benötigen nur minimalen Lagerraum, sodass sie schnell und einfach entfernt werden können. Das Unterdeck ist an 2 Seiten offen, so dass es für handelsübliche Gabelstapler, Elektrostapler, Hubwagen, Hochhubwagen, Schubmaststapler, Kommissionierer und Palettenhubwagen geeignet ist. Insbesondere bei Hubwagen und Pumpwagen besteht auch die Möglichkeit, eine „Open-Deck“-Variante zu verwenden, bei der die Bodenlatten entfallen.

Die Ladekapazität der Neva-Palette (offenes Deck) beträgt 1000 kg pro Einheit und die der Neva-Palette (geschlossenes Deck) 1500 kg pro Einheit.

Do not leave it in a warm environment, like hot car or pants pockets, it will get very soft. If it does get soft, i just dab it on ranther than rolling/wiping on. Also its best to roll it down when not in use, but not necessary. I used to be addicted to Vaseline products for my lips and this is far superior in many ways.
