Diese Schwangerschaftsmassage wurde speziell für deinen schwangeren Körper entwickelt: sicher, bequem und spürbar wohltuend. Bei mir erhältst du eine Massage die du spüren kannst, es ist keine reine Streichelmassage, es ist der pure Massagegenuss.

Diese Massage hat das Ziel dich genießen zu lassen und kann daher keine Beschwerden in den Vordergrund stellen oder diese behandeln. Dafür wähle bitte die beschwerdeorientierte Körperarbeit.

Zu Beginn führen wir ein kurzes Vorgespräch über deinen bisherigen Schwangerschaftsverlauf und dein aktuelles Wohlbefinden. So kann ich einschätzen, was dein Körper an diesem Tag braucht und ob die Massage für dich passend ist.

Während der Behandlung massiere ich dich mit angenehmem Druck und einer Mischung aus sanften und intensiveren Massagegriffen an Armen, Beinen, Händen, Füßen, Rücken, Schultern und Nacken. Deinen Bauch öle ich nur sanft ein – ohne Druck. Deine Haut wird gepflegt, dein Gewebe sanft gelockert und passive Bewegungs- und Dehnungselemente vertiefen die Entspannung.

Ein besonderer Teil meiner Methode ist die eigens entwickelte Lagerungsposition. Sie entlastet deinen Körper deutlich, schützt deinen Bauch und lässt dich maximal bequem liegen. So entsteht eine Schwangerschaftsmassage, bei der du dich sicher aufgehoben, individuell behandelt und körperlich umsorgt fühlen kannst.
