Die stumpfen bis abgerundeten Blattbasen, die etwas über den etwas über den Blattstiel hinausragen, lassen die Blattspreite schwach schildförmig erscheinen (daher das Epitheton ''debilipeltatum'').

Herkunft: Peru
Standort: Die Art wächst lithophytisch in den zerklüfteten Kalksteinfelsen in der Nähe von Tingo Marı'a, in Höhenlagen von 650 bis 800m im premontanen Tropenwald.
Anmerkungen: Anthurium debilipeltatum wurde bereits 1971 durch Jose Schunke-Vigo (*1935 - †1978) entdeckt, die Beschreibung erfolgte aber erst 2009 durch Tom Croat aufgrund von Material, das er zufällig auf einer Sammelreise in Peru entdeckte. Anthurium debilipeltatum gehört zu den kleinen Arten in der Familie der Araceae.

Also, the material has kind of a paper feeling to it (for want of a better description). Overall it's decent looking, not a bad fit, not a bad feel, it just doesn't 'wow' me. Unless the price is better than it is now, and already having one, I doubt I'd buy it again. Most of this is just my own opinion based on personal preference. The overall manufacturing quality seems very good. Someone else might think this is the nicest pullover they own.
